Educational Background:<\/strong><\/h4>

Health Science Degree, Masters in Clinical Nutrition, Masters in Applied Psychology. Qualified as a life coach and Stress Management Coach. I have explored lots of different mainstream and holistic health modalities and found my passion in the area of mental\/emotional health and more specifically working with people to improve their mindsets, manage stress and make themselves a priority in their own lives and ultimately live the wonderful life they desire. I am very experienced in designing and facilitating wellness workshops and programmes in different settings: community, corporate and private settings with a particular focus on self care, a growth mindset and stress management\u200e\u200e.<\/p>

Personal Background:<\/strong><\/h4>

For many years Iv\u2019e been on a wellness journey and have gone from being a very stressed out , self critical woman to being a much more content positive person who like everyone else has great days and not so great ones but the difference being I have a toolkit of techniques to help me deal with the not not so great ones.
